Based on the identified needs, we commit to submit a certain number of proposals within a certain amount of time. If we do not comply with this promise - we will refund the money! After receiving offers, you can choose to contact sellers yourself, negotiate and make transactions without our participation.
If you do not have time to view selected properties - you can commission us. As part of the cooperation, we verify the offers you have selected - for each of them we prepare an inspection report with an assessment of the estimated expenses for refurbishment. We also prepare our recommendations regarding investments in selected offers and their comparison. After receiving reports and recommendations, you can decide to enter into a transaction and carry out your investment yourself.
After choosing the property, we support the entire investment process. We advise on the division of the premises or its arrangement. We help to choose a good renovation team and perform homestaging of the property, to make it look attractive when publishing advertisements and to let as soon as possible at a good price.
