We have been operating on the real estate market for years and we believe that making decisions based on reliable data is the basis for successful transactions. We created Rentier so that everyone has at hand a tool for comprehensive and at the same time quick analysis of the real estate market in Poland.

It all started with a passion for investing, problems that we experienced the hard way and the willingness to solve them with the help of technology. From the hobby initiative of Anton and Michał started in 2017, carried out after hours, in 2018 the project turned into a business in full swing. In June 2018, we published the beta version of the platform, which enables the calculation of potential rental income and the profitability analysis of investment in real estate for rent, based on a proprietary algorithm. In the following years, we developed the application, adding new functionalities. In 2022, we released a completely new version of the Rentier Free application for individual users and published an analytical dashboard that allows everyone interested in an in-depth analysis of the housing market. We set ourselves ambitious goals in the development of further functionalities by using new technologies to solve problems of a wide range of people and entities on the real estate market, including consumers, investors, intermediaries and financial institutions.
